This insurance is arranged & managed by ETI Australia Pty Ltd, a company of the Mondial Assistance Group.
Mondial Assistance Australia operations centre is housed in a modern purpose built Global Response Centre (GRC).
The centre operates 24 hours, 365 days a year and is underpinned by sophisticated telecommunications and information technology systems.
The GRC is home to over 300 professional customer service specialist including doctors, registered nurses, aero medical experts, mechanics,
property experts, legal advise, travel experts and access to multilingual staff and translation services.
All personnel are selected for their customer service experience in addition to their specialist qualifications and areas of expertise.
In addition to the staff in the GRC, we have a team on the ground located all around the world, including 400,000 service providers, 240 correspondents
and 33 operation centres in 26 countries.
