This insurance is managed by ETI Australia Pty LTD, a
company of the Mondial Assistance Group. Our Global Response Centre is
based at Toowong in Brisbane, working around the clock to help you when you
need assistance.
We have over 190 staff in our Customer Centre including:
doctors, registered nurses, social workers, mechanics, logistical experts,
communication specialists and support personnel. Many of our staff are also
multi-lingual so we can speak the local language for you in many destinations.
In addition to the staff in our Customer Centre, we have a team on the ground
located all around the world, including 400,000 service providers, 240
correspondents and 37 operation centres.
